i was very satisfied with randall walker but the process for self employed was a bit cumbersome but it worked in the end and i am sure that was the reason for some of the delays. I was pleasantly and positively surprised by the active communication by the service writer, Joshua. He initially informed me that my car wouldn't be ready for several days, but due to his efforts and a little luck he was able to return my car the following day and in time for the labor day holiday. Between Mel and a serviceman they figured out how to install a handle on the inside of the trunk for me. As a short person I had to use a step stool to close the trunk - a hassle beyond belief. (Really Subaru engineers????) They did a fabulously creative fix and my service was excellent!

It was very clean dealership and the people were very polite they took me in right away which was great I had an appointment however they said it would be about an hour and half for an oil change I get they were short staffed but I believe they should make less appointments if that is the case. Overall good service and I will go back just hopefully won't have to wait so long next time.
