I was very pleased - I had a meeting with the new head of service and Mike Glassman about a problem I had at the end of 2019. The service manager at the time was going to credit my account for some service I paid for that I didn't really need at the time. I will not go into all the details - but the old service manager never made any notes regarding the matter OR that he was crediting my account. I had all the notes at home regarding it - but Mike Glassman had a copy of the emails ...

I received literature from Subaru about turning in my leased car early to get a new lease at the same or lower rate. I was interested in doing this, so I contacted my dealership. The got me exactly what I wanted, including the color which they had to trade from another dealership. They handled all of the details, including transfer of navigation and radio contracts. It worked out beautifully for the dealership and me.

Mechanics could not find a problem with driver seat, even though Ive had it fixed before for same issue, and it keeps reclining
